If you like your current vacuum cleaner but think it may not be operating at peak performance, bring it in and allow us to diagnose the problem; many times, there’s a simple and inexpensive solution. With proper care, a quality machine can provide years of dependable service. All repairs are completed on-site by qualified technicians.
At Vac MD® we service all brands. We are the #1 rated vacuum repair center in all of Florida. We provide free estimates and will give you an honest assessment of the problem. We can repair Dyson, Shark, Oreck, Hoover, Dirt Devil, Royal, Dyson, Miele, Sebo, Riccar, Electrolux, Simplicity, Sanitaire, Cyclovac, Power Wheel Toy Vehicles and so much more.
Vac MD will charge a warranty processing fee on any unit that was not purchased originally at Vac MD. This fee is estimated when the vacuum is brought in and it is collected when the vacuum is picked up.
We also service Robot vacuums such as Roomba (iRobot), Shark, Eufy, iLife and more.
Vac MD® is located in Boca Raton. We are on the northwest corner of Glades and the Turnpike near Field of Flowers, Party City, Office Depot, and Bagel Works. The sign on our building says Oreck.

Vacuum Repair Policies
Thank you for dropping off your vacuum at Vac MD.
We appreciate your repair business. We strive to give our customers the best service possible.
By leaving your vacuum at Vac MD you agree to these service policies:
1. When you leave your unit for repair, we ask that you pick it up within 7 days of us contacting you to let you know if it's been completed. We don't have a ton of room in the store, so a $2 per day storage fee will be charge on any unit left here over the 7 days. If this is not possible, please let us know and we will accommodate as needed.
2. If a unit is left at the store for more than 60 days, we will dispose of it as we see fit. We highly suggest you leave a working phone number and email so that we can make all efforts to contact you before this.
3. Vac MD Inc is not responsible for units damaged by natural disasters or other occurrences beyond our control (theft, fire etc.). Prior to a hurricane or tropical storm we do our best to safe guard all the product in the store.
4. Labor will no be charged on any vacuum under warranty, that was purchased originally at Vac MD. For any vacuum that was not purchased at Vac MD, labor will be charged or a warranty processing fee. Labor/Fee will vary depending on the brand, model and type of work needed. We will provide and estimate of this cost prior to doing any work, just as we would with a vacuum that was not under warranty.
