Vacuum Repair Policies

Thank you for dropping off your vacuum at Vac MD.

We appreciate your repair business. We strive to give our customers the best service possible. 

By leaving your vacuum at Vac MD you agree to these service policies:

 

1. When you leave your unit for repair, we ask that you pick it up within 7 days of us contacting you to let you know if it's been completed. We don't have a ton of room in the store, so a $2 per day storage fee will be charged on any unit left here over the 7 days. If this is not possible, please let us know and we will accommodate as needed. 

2. If a unit is left at the store for more than 60 days, we will dispose of it as we see fit. We highly suggest you leave a working phone number and email so that we can make all efforts to contact you before this.

3. Vac MD Inc. is not responsible for units damaged by natural disasters or other occurrences beyond our control (theft, fire etc.). Prior to a hurricane or tropical storm, we do our best to safeguard all the products in the store. However, we do recommend that you pick up your unit prior, 

4. Labor will be included on any vacuum under warranty, that was purchased originally at Vac MD. For any vacuum that was not purchased at Vac MD, labor will be charged or a warranty processing fee. Labor/Fee will vary depending on the brand, model and type of work needed. We will provide and estimate of this cost prior to doing any work, just as we would with a vacuum that was not under warranty.
