Yes, @ryancabreraoffical was right! Dyson's are a lot of hype. Recently they just let go HUNDREDS of service centers. Where will you get your $500+ vacuum fixed? You will have to call their understaffed 800 number and wait on hold for an operator from another country to attempt to help you.
